- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Design future-state scenarios for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Present compelling innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Lead workshops to embed foresight methodologies into client innovation processes
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as the future authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience scaling foresight methodologies across global organizations
