Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated societal shifts (demographics, urbanization, etc.)
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging tech adoption curves
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, sustainable infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, systems mapping)
- Track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
