Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal paradigms through 2026
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for clients in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for exponential change
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics, space commerce, and decentralized governance
- Curate cross-disciplinary hackathons blending biotech, robotics, and blockchain innovations
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic variables impacting global innovation ecosystems
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using Delphi methodology and trend impact analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record developing strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or space commercialization
- Published work in futurist journals or major media platforms (WIRED, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience facilitating executive strategy sessions with Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation roadmaps implemented by major organizations
