Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for global Fortune 500 clients
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating complex societal implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to distill complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy
