- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Architect scenario-planning models for global market disruptions
- Present executive-level strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Measure and report KPIs on innovation pipeline maturity
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-economic megatrends
