Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic innovation roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce thought leadership content and predictive intelligence reports
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercialization potential
- Establish KPIs to track innovation portfolio performance against future benchmarks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience developing innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
