Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead ideation workshops and hackathons to generate breakthrough concepts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario planning and innovation impact
- Deep understanding of global innovation ecosystems and startup dynamics
