Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and pilot initiatives for future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish KPIs and metrics for innovation portfolio performance
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or foresight roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities with scenario planning and systems thinking expertise
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSP) highly desirable
