Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, training, and thought leadership
- Quantify future market opportunities and translate insights into measurable business outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional skills in data storytelling and executive communication
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects to completion
