- Analyze emerging tech trends, social shifts, and market disruptions to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities for futuristic concepts and business models
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
