Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic innovation frameworks aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating and scaling breakthrough initiatives from concept to market
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders, informing R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor leadership teams on adaptive strategies for volatile future environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
