Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026+ trend reports analyzing technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops to map future market landscapes and competitive threats
- Translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Establish innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Build executive dashboards tracking key future indicators and early-warning signals
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and immersive realities
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling foresight capabilities across global organizations
