Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year foresight frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning emerging opportunities with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, quantifying risks and opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Champion ethical innovation principles in product development, ensuring responsible deployment of exponential technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions across quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading executive workshops and cross-functional innovation sprints
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic roadmaps implemented 3-5 years in advance
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
