Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Present compelling future narratives to executive leadership and key stakeholders through data-rich visualizations
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on future readiness and organizational adaptation
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives on long-term competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-stakeholder innovation ecosystems
