Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for R&D and product teams
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Partner with VPs to embed foresight into corporate strategy and governance
- Present future-vision frameworks to stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage incubation of experimental technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
