Responsibilities

- Produce scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for senior leadership
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and scaling future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes and their societal impacts
