Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embed innovation principles across all departments
- Monitor global technological and societal shifts to anticipate future market opportunities and threats
- Oversee the Innovation Lab budget and resource allocation for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing successful large-scale transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (articles, books, keynotes)
- Experience leading remote global teams and managing innovation budgets >$5M
