Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and disruptive business models
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for strategic initiatives, tracking progress through advanced analytics
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Champion agile experimentation methodologies for rapid prototyping of future concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Track record of executing strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
