- Produce actionable whitepapers and frameworks on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and transition pathways
- Monitor and interpret geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting long-term business strategy
- Design and maintain a 'Future Radar' system to identify disruption opportunities and threats 3-5 years ahead
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with 2026 market projections
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
