Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruptions and market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready reports on socio-technological shifts affecting business operations
- Design and implement early-warning systems for systemic risks and black swan events
- Partner with R&D to validate and accelerate promising innovations toward commercialization
- Mentor junior strategists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
