Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future trends
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution
- Advise C-suite on emerging threats and opportunities in global markets
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term technological disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of strategic foresight
