Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast societal and economic shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on strategic priorities and innovation pathways
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients on future-of-work and human augmentation
- Identify and evaluate emerging business models and investment opportunities in the next-gen tech space
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions addressing climate, health, and equity challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, and System Dynamics
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human-machine interfaces
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning deliverables for enterprise clients
