Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-shaping developments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready strategies
- Analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership and acquisition opportunities
- Quantify future market potential through data-driven trend analysis
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, weak signal analysis)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
