Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Analyze geopolitical and climate data to build adaptive risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning software)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies or societal shifts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights into executive narratives
