Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency with AI/ML forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research synthesis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic foresight projects
