Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Produce foresight reports and white papers on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Integrate future forecasting into product development and corporate strategy processes
- Present findings to investors, board members, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
