Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and their societal impact through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global supply chain disruptions and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on 2026 workforce transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFTE) required
