Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead innovation workshops with executive teams to co-create future roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into implementable business strategies
- Advolve organizational culture and operational models for exponential change readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts
- Certificate from World Future Society or equivalent institution
