Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and annual horizon scanning reports
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning software)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
