Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive innovations and paradigm shifts
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all strategic projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Experience in tech or sustainability sectors strongly preferred
