Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-oriented initiatives across product, marketing, and operations
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling and scenario modeling
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic outcomes against long-term objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with disruptive technologies and market volatility
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics, trend forecasting, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or related advanced degree (preferred)
