Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic scenarios using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present quarterly future outlooks to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts for strategic implications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
