Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities for market leadership
- Design and implement innovation pipelines aligned with future market demands
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
