Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present strategic narratives to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives launched to market
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and pattern recognition
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shaping Alternative Futures)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
