Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmaps by synthesizing global technology, economic, and social trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for disruptive futures
- Develop quantifiable innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives aligned with 2026 market projections
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and internal decision-making frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
- Experience managing global research networks and foresight ecosystems
