- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using advanced analytics
- Represent Horizon Insights at industry conferences as a thought leader on future trends
- Mentor junior strategists in future forecasting methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation strategy role
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic foresight recommendations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend mapping software
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP) preferred
