Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trajectories
- Produce actionable whitepapers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurist analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or tech innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and biotechnology implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
