Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead strategic foresight workshops with C-suite executives to co-create future-ready business models
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients' 5-year strategic planning cycles
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify moonshot opportunities with exponential ROI potential
- Establish innovation metrics to quantify foresight ROI and track adoption of future-proof strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
