Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for frontier research
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our internal talent development program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree (preferred MIT Media Lab, Singularity University)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale innovation initiatives launched within 3-5 years
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEPVL)
