Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 societal needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry conferences and publish thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
