Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech and market evolution
- Champion organizational culture of innovation and future-conscious decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into scalable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leader in innovation or futurism (articles, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
