Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and thought leaders
- Author annual 'Future State' reports and thought leadership content
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEPVL)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 settings
