Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and media partnerships
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with technological singularity projections
- Identify and quantify $1B+ opportunities in exponential technology convergence
- Build and manage a global network of futurist influencers and academic pioneers
- Quantify risk/reward matrices for paradigm-shifting technological disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Mastery of strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling high-impact teams across 3+ continents
- Deep expertise in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
