Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to navigate complex futures and inform long-term business decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and present future outlooks to executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and data-driven analysis
- Champion a culture of future-readiness across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and quantitative analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders
