- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-readiness strategies
- Establish quantitative models to forecast technological adoption curves and market inflection points
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategic insights for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
