Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging biotech convergence opportunities for commercial deployment
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startup acquisitions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical tech policy shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI advancements
- Proven track record in scaling technology from concept to market
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Studies (CFP) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized futuristic technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
