Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for joint R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI safety frameworks, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
