Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/bio-digital)
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field required
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in NIS2 compliance and ISO 27001:2022 frameworks
- Proficiency in Q# (Microsoft Quantum), TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic SDKs
- Track record of architecting systems handling >10^9 concurrent operations
- Fluency in at least three quantum programming languages (QASM, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQCS)
