Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap to align with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D for Generative AI and Blockchain integration.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable systems to support future growth.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators for pilot programs.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA, or specialized AI certifications) are a plus.
