Responsibilities
- Assist clinical staff with patient documentation and data collection
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case studies
- Support research projects under physician supervision
- Shadow specialists in emergency medicine, oncology, and cardiology
- Conduct patient education sessions with guidance
- Analyze healthcare data using EMR systems
- Present findings during weekly intern seminars
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited healthcare program (pre-med, nursing, etc.)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cleveland residency preferred but not required
